How do I travel to Curaçao? Do I need a visa?

Please contact the airlines in your area to find out the flights available, the route, and length of the flight.

All students in Curaçao will need to process immigration to get a temporary student residence permit in order to stay in Curaçao for the length of their education at CMU.
CMU can assist students with the residence permit in Curaçao only.

Enrolled students from countries that require a visa to enter Curaçao will need to submit immigration paperwork to CMU Curaçao Campus first, to get a landing permit. Once it is ready, the school sends to them for them to apply for a visa.

You may need a visa to enter Curaçao, but the school does not and cannot request a visa in your behalf; you will have to do with through the Dutch Embassy near you after you get your landing permit from Curaçao.*

Please go to our site and select: Life @ CMU – Upon Acceptance – Prior to Departure – Residence Permit. Please contact the Info Department at CMU for more details and assistance.

* This can be a lengthy process. We suggest that those who need a visa to enter Curaçao apply at least six (6) months before the term they want to attend. Do not mail immigration documents to the U.S. Office!
